In using Oaseine for booking, you undertake that all the details you provide for the reservation are accurate for its proper processing. All reservations should be paid for in accordance with the applicable payment requirements relevant to the time of making such reservation. The right is reserved to change prices at any time without notice because of currency fluctuation, alteration of costs by advertisers, or for any other reason.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You need to inform Oaseine in writing in case of cancellation. Depending on the closeness of the date to the travel date, cancellation fees may be deducted for a cancellation. Any refund if due shall be processed as per our refund policy. Please note that up to 30 days may be required to process any refund.

This is obviously very important in processing reservations, making arrangements for travel services, and fulfilling your requirements.
• Personal Data Usage: We shall use the information provided by you to complete your travel bookings, in communicating with you about updates on your bookings, and if necessary to inform you about developments relating to your travel arrangements. In some cases, we may use your contact numbers for informing you about any updates or changes relating to your travel and may send those updates to the concerned parties.

Neither shall we be liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes in schedules brought about by conditions beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, and similar events.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes of Terms and Conditions

Oaseine reserves the right at any time to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions. Such changes shall take effect immediately upon posting on our website. We suggest that you check this page periodically to remain up to date with any changes that may have been made.
